Executing an exquisite bland of Spanish eccentricity and British style, Tapa, the renowned
Edinburgh Tapas bar is located on Hanover Street in the heart of the city. Specialising in
38 different varieties of tapas, Tapa incorporates chorizo, seafood, patatas bravas and
other traditional Spanish foods. Dishes to look out for include Las Gambas de Paco, a
plate of delicious prawns in sizzling garlic olive oil, or Esprragos y Pimientos, asparagus
and Spanish peppers, grilled generously topped with cheese. The Desserts menu is just as
appetising, incorporating everything from Spanish classics like Crme Caramel to the
traditional Scottish Sticky Toffee pudding.

Value for money is paramount at Tapa, without sacrificing quality. For 10, diners are
treated to seven courses of Tapas, from 12pm to 5pm daily. The traditional way of
ordering goes out of the window and is replaced with what can only be described as a
Spanish feast. Tapa is friendly and fun, decorated with modern, chic furniture and
accented decor, promoting a traditional and homely feel.

Parties and functions are very welcome at Tapa and the set banquet menu is perfect for
larger groups, priced at just 15 per head. The tapas is served in three waves, providing
customers with excellent value, service and quality whilst allowing the Tapa kitchens to
cope with the orders! The set menu can also be tailored to cater for all tastes and dietary
needs.

Tapa is also perfect for smaller groups, throughout the day, be it for a light lunch or
evening meal. The Chefs daily selection of Tapas is ideal for sharing, served for just 10
at lunchtimes throughout the week. The fully licensed restaurant boasts an extensive
Wine list and a selection of traditional Spanish drinks and cocktails.
