How do I claim my o2 rewards



The phone network o2 rewards its customers for being loyal and for choosing o2. Similar to Orange offering their customers the benefits of Orange Wednesdays and Vodafone offering their customers Vodafone VIP, o2 offers their customers o2 Treats. This offers many benefits to o2 customers and is open to all, including pay as you customers and also pay monthly customers.
For pay as you go customers o2 Rewards offers the chance to receive up to 10% back on all top ups made. There is also the opportunity to get money off tickets to gigs, a new mobile, extra credit or high street vouchers.
Existing customers with o2 will earn 5% back on all top ups every three months, this therefore means if you top up 50 then you will receive 2.50 back at the end of the three months. This only applies to pay as you customers, there are different offerings for pay monthly customers.
New customers will also earn 5% on their top ups if they register with o2 rewards. After the customer has been with to o2, the reward will increase from 5% to 10% as a way of saying thank you for staying with o2.
In order to join the reward scheme, customers should text REWARD to 50202 or call 313 free from their o2 mobile. Customers will start earning from the day of joining and they will receive a message to confirm they have joined. Customers should then keep topping up and be happy knowing they get money back every three month. Mobile provider o2 will then message the customer to let them know how much they will be rewarded.
Customers are able to keep up with their rewards by texting BALANCE to 50202 or by calling 313 from their mobile for free. O2 will also send a text message at the start of each quarter to inform the customer how how much they have earned over the three months.
For o2 pay monthly customers there are different tiers of rewards, there is blue, silver, gold and platinum. Each of these tiers provides the customer with a different range of benefits.
The blue rewards package will allow the customer to upgrade their pay monthly phone one month early. They will also receive a discount on home broadband packages.
Silver rewards package also offers the opportunity to upgrade one month early and also provides the opportunity to win tickets to some of the most sought after music concerts.
On the gold package o2 pay monthly customers will receive all the benefits of blue and silver but also the opportunity to upgrade 3 months early.
Platinum rewards packages allow customers to upgrade 6 months early if on a 18 or 24 month contract.
The rewards package which an o2 pay monthly customer becomes eligible for is dependent on how much they spend each month with the company.
